Rising artiste Puezee is building momentum in his career with the release of his latest single, Caribbean Kush, from the Illegal Disturbance Music Group.

The single delivers an authentic fusion of East African rhythm and Caribbean soul, blending both worlds into one vibrant, high-energy track.

"It was a strong international collaboration. Marcos 'Cos Cos Beats' (the producer) brought an East African flavour that blended perfectly with my Caribbean style, creating a fresh cross-cultural sound," said Puezee. An official music video, which is expected to match the single's dynamic energy, is still in the final editing stages.

Puezee continues to experience global momentum following the success of his debut EP (EX)Plicit, which was executive produced by Ramone 'Boss Don' Grant, the visionary between Illegal Disturbance. He was also executive producer on Caribbean Kush. (EX)Plicit's standout singles, Addiction and Slow Whine, which charted in Benin on the Apple Music Reggae Charts, peaking at No. 37 and No. 55, respectively. The EP also made waves in the US, reaching No. 66 on the iTunes Reggae Albums Chart, solidifying Puezee as an emerging international force.

With Caribbean Kush, Puezee aims to further elevate the Afro-Caribbean sound, resonating with listeners across West Africa, the Caribbean, and the wider Afro-diaspora.

"This release represents growth and elevation," Puezee said. "The support so far shows the music is connecting, and I'm ready to take it even further." Grant also expressed enthusiasm for the track's growing success.

"From the moment we started working on Caribbean Kush, I knew it would connect on a different level. The response so far has been incredible, people are feeling the vibe, and it's proving that Caribbean music continues to evolve and lead globally," he said.
